Creating a healthy shopping list at home before you rush to the grocery store will help you resist the temptation of grabbing processed foods for the sake of easy meal preparation. If your aim is to eat healthy foods while allowing you to lose weight, you should include foods that naturally eliminate harmful toxins from your body.
