This diet avoids using harsh medications with dangerous side effects and instead promotes a diet full of foods that naturally decrease inflammation in the body. There are a few main principles to follow on this diet. You want to enjoy a variety of fruits and vegetables. For the best results, eat brightly and darkly colored fresh fruits and vegetables.
