One of the easiest to make healthy eating recipes to lose weight is hummus.
In a food processor add garbanzos and make a puree.
Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, parsley leaves, tahini and mix properly.
The mixture should have a consistency of a spread. Serve it with brown bread slices.
Yet another healthy eating recipe to lose weight is the avocado salad recipe which is given below.
Avocado Salad with Miso-Ginger Dressing
To make the dressing combine soy sauce, miso, almond milk, mustard, ginger, and tofu in a food processor and blend to get a creamy texture.
Take a bowl add a tsp spring onion and cilantro to it. Keep this bowl in your refrigerator for about an hour.
In a large bowl combine cilantro, red onion, lettuce and spring onion together and mix them well. Add about 2/3 of the salad dressing you had prepared and mix it lightly.
In a serving plate put a little salad and place some avocado slices over it. Now pour a little dressing over it and serve.
