The main objective of any detox diet, or cleansing diet is to remove accumulated toxins and poisons from your body. The most ideal cleansing diet consists of pure organic and natural foods components that boost the functioning of the lymph, liver and the kidneys. All foods that interfere with the body regime must be avoided to reduce the intake of toxins and poisons. Detoxing leads to reduced illnesses such as malaise, nausea, blood contamination, digestive disorders among many others. To maximize the effect of the cleansing diets you can include some physical exercises.
The most important component of the detox diet is water. Drinking enough water everyday eliminates dehydration while it enhances the rate of body material circulation. The water taken acts as the medium through which toxins are flushed out of the body. The toxins are removed via body wastes such as the stool, urine and sweat. The water can be introduced into the body as plain water or in other forms such as edible fluids that include fresh juice, milk, soups and other water based foods. To accelerate the rate of tins removal, other elements can be included in your cleansing diets such as milk thistle that include pills and different types of tea.
Another component of a simple detox diet is lemonade. You can make the lemonade from fresh lemons. To make it more effective, you can add cayenne pepper and maple syrup. The lemonade contains vitamin C that assists in flushing out toxins while preventing excess fat absorption. Lemonade also has high content of antioxidants that give the body a fast recovery from the side effects of the toxin cleansing. Cayenne pepper assists in increasing the body metabolism while the maple syrup is to sweeten the sour lemonade and increase the energy levels. Some herbs can also be used in detox diet such as turmeric, ginger, and many others.
