Furthermore, you will have less risk of being obese, having dental cavities and osteoporosis, diseases commonly caused by an acidic body.

Your body needs these nutrients to keep your energy balanced and to cope with stress. As you eat more healthily you'll have extra energy to carry out daily activities. Consuming one type of food all the time will not provide the right amount of nutrients needed to maintain a healthy body.
