The 7 day detox diet plan helps the body to get back in tune and it involves a week long process. The diet menu includes vegetables, fruits, beans, potatoes, tofu, herbs and others. On the first day, you are required to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. The second and third day, cereals should be included. Drinks like tea or coffee without sugar is also required from day one to four. Then, on the fifth day, foods like macaroni should be eaten until the seventh day. This is just a brief summary of the 7 day plan, it requires more, but its sole aim is to clean your body system.
The 3 - 7 day detox diet plan often includes fruit, juice and soup diets. There are other detox diet plans that focus on various illnesses, such as acne, gallstones and others. You can do a little research to find out which is suitable for you. Pregnant women, children and people with serious medical conditions are advised to refrain from these diet plans.
