This is a great way to combat the popular stereotype that protein can only be found in animal food, as opposed to plants, such as spinach, broccoli and legumes, that have even higher protein values than animal food.
Games such as these help to get across the benefits of eating healthy in a way which is more engaging than a traditional educational perspective. By learning these games, you are taking an active role in promoting our future health.
