Make certain you only purchase wild-caught salmon. Canned salmon contains nitrates to keep it looking pink and farm-raised salmon is fed GMO-corn. You can use no sauce or a type of sauce that you can make on your own. The goal is to eat the salmon without having to fry it. You can steam it. Salmon is a wonderful source of protein and omega-3 EFA's. It can keep you full for a long time and it can help you to sustain your healthy figure.
* Taco Salad *
Did you know tacos can taste pretty good? If you want something very tasty, you should consider looking for some nice tacos and a bit of salad to put inside. Taco salads with even a bit of salmon inside can be a great meal to eat during lunch. Or, choose beans (without fat, lard or cheese) instead of beef.
Taco salads are extremely good to taste. You should always consider looking into using the above meal ideas and be creative to mix and match them with other things you may like to eat. These are all good things to eat during the noon hours. It is all about choosing the right meal that can give you the energy to help you tackle the rest of the day.
