Ladies, you can control what you put in your mouth, thus you can improve your overall health. Stay away from food treated with chemicals to give them a longer shelf life. Next, consume foods high in fiber. Here's the deal ladies. There's a battle with the bulge after having a child or just in general around the abdominal area.
