The supermarket is full of so many products of all sorts and one of which is food, one of the basic commodities of humans. Just as foods in the grocery come in different brands, they also vary when it comes to nutritional value. To play this game, there must be two teams - the more the merrier. Each team will be given an exact amount of budget. It's best not to inform the players that the game is all about healthy food choices. That way, the game facilitator can see which team really knows how to properly select the food they eat.
This game can be played individually or by group. There will be a variety of food on the table. The main objective of the players is to separate the food according to their categories: go foods, glow foods and grow foods. Among the healthy eating games, this could be the most ideal for children. But this could also be suitable for adults who easily disregard food categorization.

In a circular plate, there must be certain portion intended for go foods, another portion for grow foods and another for glow foods. They will present it to the game facilitator to see if they've got the right proportions of foods in their plates. The one who got the right proportion will be the winner.
