Therefore, include spices such as chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, paprika, curry powder, garlic, and sea salt.
Fruits are almost automatic whenever one is doing a healthy foods list. Fruits contain plenty of vitamins and minerals. Some great fruits that you should consider in your list include apples, avocados, blackberries, blueberries, apricots, bananas, mangoes, and strawberries.
