It is not only one of the most effective anti inflammatory vegetable but it also fights cancer as well, it is a rich source of fiber and vitamin C. Making it part of your diet will help a lot easing any joint pain or inflammation.
This is simply a leafy green vegetable that is very nutrient-rich. Nutrients such as vitamins A, C and K as well as the bone-building calcium can be found in this vegetable. It also contains those much-needed powerful antioxidants, anti cancer and anti inflammatory properties. You can pair it up with nuts to make it tastier during meals or you could simply cook it with olive oil.

This is another one of the anti inflammatory vegetables that is also very rich in folate and high in fiber content. It is also rich in vitamin A and C and has also been known to contain lutein that promotes eye health. It is perfect for easing joint inflammation and including it in your diet is advised as frequently as possible.
It might not be beautiful to look at like its other cruciferous cousins, but this purplish-brown root vegetable is very valuable when it comes to nutrients. Having this firm inner flesh, this vegetable is a rich source of fiber and vitamin C. People often mistake it for a turnip but they have a larger and more round shape with a stronger and more peppery flavor when cooked. It is also ideal for easing inflammation.
This thick and heavily leafed vegetable contains plenty of nutrients such as vitamin C and K. It contains lots of water and can be eaten raw with salad or cooked. Since it isn't very perishable, buying lots of them and using them when green vegetables are scarce is advisable. There are more anti inflammatory vegetables but the above ones are the most commonly.
